Drink your milk, drink Athena the milk for women

Health & Fitness

Do you still drink milk?

Milk is the first ever meal introduced to us. When we were infants we depended on our moms’ breast milk. As we grow up we continued to take at least a glass. When we entered adulthood, we rely on milk either before we go to sleep or for cereals.

As for me, I chose coffee first as dairies are not always included in our groceries. I rarely take my milk because I do not know the added benefits it could give to adults like us.

Milk helps balance our diet, reviewing the food pyramid we should take at least three servings per day. Milk is also the source of calcium and Vitamin D. As we immerse ourselves in a hectic lifestyle we replaced some of our nutrients source with vitamins. It is not a bad thing but if we can still get that nutrition in food, why not?

For us women, our needs are different, proper nutrition is vital. What if a milk specially formulated for us? Good news is there is.
