Say hello to Coworking Spaces
Coworking spaces now are like mushrooms in the CBD area. I think it is a great idea because if you have a big office in a good site then you can definitely open it to professionals who are maybe alone in the team or just visiting the country for some work.
I have experienced working in such space before when my former office was still under construction. The internet is great, there are other people you can meet plus value-added services to enjoy.
After that stay in a serviced/coworking office, I learned about the others for my event needs and men they are all beautiful. Cozy design, unlimited coffee, plus business services.
LOFT Coworking Space
Since I am so curious about other spaces in the metro. I visited LOFT Coworking to see if their space is conducive to the workshop I am organizing and I was shookt because it is the kind of office space I would like to work to. It has similar fixture from my former office and Google too.
LOFT is more than just a co-working space — it’s a community of creative thinkers who share the same passion for tech. Soon to spread across Metro Manila’s hottest business districts, we’re beginning our story in the heart of Ortigas Center. Whether you’re working alone, with a team, or a company, Loft is designed to be the best place to connect, collaborate, and work flexibly. – http://www.loft.ph/
Space, Design, Layout
The size of it is fascinating – hello Penthouse unit? It has an ample size pantry, enormous work area /hot desks, there is a bleacher seating too. I can imagine my everyday productivity if my office looks like this.
If you love the sunshine and fresh air, the penthouse outdoor/patio is available for work too. You cannot smoke though, even if it is outdoor mind you. The building admin does not allow it.
It’s cool that the names of their meeting rooms are from Game of Thrones, plus they have inspirational words around to motivate you throughout the day.
