“Great things come when you least expect it.”
Lacking some blog paraphernalia (own laptop & stable internet connection) I am delightful if I have the chance to update my blog everyday. The great reward for this hobby is when brands that I featured here was grateful about the post.
This happened to me last June 28, 2013; Ms. Joy of JTomas Collection emailed me saying thank you for the review I made for {Monea Curl Defining Milk} and asked if I can drop by their showroom. The showroom is located at the La Esperanza Building, E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue, Quezon City.

JTomas Collections is a lifestyle boutique that offers a vast array of imported and local products from leather goods, apparel, accessories, hair, skin and body care products.
We are the showroom of JOTOCO Group of Companies, the exclusive makers and distributor of Monea, Swallow, Angel care products, Skin Lite, Derma products, JTomas Solutions.
When I entered the showroom cute murals and fancy interior welcomed me. The place is full of apparel neatly hang on the racks plus some bags and shoes showcase.
I cannot resist not to take photos of this mannequin.
Near the entrance you will see the different salon products that they have manufactured and distributed.
During our chit-chat I keep on saying “Wow” to every product because most of them are the product that I have used – Monea CPR and JTomas No Hair Wax Kit.
I have no idea that the manufacturing of these products are here. I thought I can only get them at the salon and if they are available in local department stores they are out of stock.
I read some product descriptions while taking photos and surprisingly you can do some salon services at home. But of course salon services are what we prefer to avoid home disaster.
On my way home, Ms. Joy handed me some goodies to try.

I used their no hair wax kit in mangosteen variant. And i could tell you sobrang WASTE OF MONEY. Sobrang labnaw. I’ve tried a lot of wax before and this is THE WORST WAX EVER. Sana nagbasa pala muna ako ng reviews bago ko to na-purchase, I bought this at hortaleza junction store. Sana pala naghintay na lang ako ng stock ng skin recipe wax ng hbc. Mas cheaper at mas affordable pa dito. Itatapon ko na lang tong nabili ko, sobrang USELESS talaga.
So sad to hear that. When I tried their wax I kept it in the fridge para hindi matunaw.
hi! i can’t seem to find a BIG bottle of the SWALLOW LEMON SHAMPOO. would you know if that is or where that is available? cant find a hit when searching through internet.

Bet ko yung water perm something product nila.. Lagi kong nakikita yung mga powerdose na yan sa watsons eversince highschool gusto na na itry. at ngayon ko lang nalaman na meron pala silang wax. ;D
I’ve used their wax even before I blog. I used the Mangosteen variant of it. I will try another tub and review it for you. 🙂
