And I am back with a new review, it’s from Benefit cosmetics once again. This is the Hello Flawless Powder foundation, I don’t have a retouch powder that time when I purchased it. And since a new review plug in, let’s do this!

From sheer to full coverage, this silky, buildable powder lets you customize your look just the way you want it.

To use:

For a sheer, natural finish, sweep with brush. For spot cover up, apply with sponge.

Benefit is known for great packaging and I am a fan. Their names are unique too, they try to incorporate its function to a quirky name. As for the design, it is sleek and compact. Though the brush and sponge are in the same compartment, I believe they made it that way to avoid the product to be bulky.

As for the formulation, I like how fine the powder is. It doesn’t cake when your oily and it doesn’t highlight dry patches if you have dry skin. I applied it the morning over a CC cream and it lasts me the whole day. I only retouch on my under eye circles, you know my eyes, I look like a living zombie.

What I noticed was the brush has fall-outs and it is good for retouching certain areas on your face; while the sponge works perfectly on wet and dry application. Just make sure to wash it regularly so that it won’t harbor bacteria and cause breakouts.

I am hitting the pan now and I am thinking what to get next. Since I find this a little pricey for a powder I might look for another one to try. But definitely this Hello Flawless powder has been in a great service. (I get to keep the packaging too, they might have refills which can be cheaper, right?)

If you are a Benefit fan, you might want to give it a try alongside its liquid foundation counterpart. My apologies for not taking down the price for this, but I will drop by the Benefit store again to update this post.
