Forgive my photo but I just want to share this appetizer I had for lunch. It’s called Kinilaw na Talaba, I am not sure if this should be categorized as an exotic food or what but the process of Kinalaw is putting vinegar in raw meat or seafood. Then you will add Calamansi (local lemon), ginger, onion, and siling labuyo (hot chili peppers)
I was just reminded not to eat this with beer or else I am going to die. hahaha
Have you tried Kinilaw already? I had Tanigue (kind of fish), Tuna, and Goat.
