I have always loved the juices from Pure Nectar so when I found out they have cleansing programs. I gave it a try for three days.
Basically juicing is the process of extracting the juices from your favorite fruits and veggies. Although when fruits and veggies enter juicing machine it takes away the fiber which you also need.

My juicing experience
Well, among the listed effects, I experienced
I feel refreshed in a sense that it washed away all the meat I ate. I suggest doing this on a weekend so you do not have any strenuous activities to do.
As for the taste, I love them all. My favorite is the Mega Omega then my least favorite is the Green Supreme as the bell pepper taste is too strong. They are good if they are well chilled.
I also love the Kiefer water which I take after meals.
Overall it was a good and nutritional experience that I am definitely repeating on
