Revlon-colorburts matte balm

Maybe I needed a souvenir when I was in Hong Kong and I saw in my news feed swatches of these new babies from Revlon. I got myself one and I was really happy that I got it. Revlon lip products never ceased to amaze me. I always get at least one every release.

So what are my thoughts on this?

This new product comes in 20 moisture rich balms and two new on trend finishes blended with their exclusive Triple Butter Complex of Shea, Coconut, & Mango Butters.

Unlike the previous balm stain they released, this matte balm is more pigmented and long lasting. The casing is still the same and it has more adaptable colors for Asian skin tones.

It still has its faint mint scent and flavor.

For people who have dry lips I strongly suggest to exfoliate your lips first or else the product will not look pretty on the lips.

Yes, it still transfers to mugs, tumblers, even spoons, so I suggest that you should blot the excess product with a tissue paper.

For me it lasted 6 – 8 hours without retouch, but the color will fade out and the pigment will remain at the outline of your lips.

I like this product more than the balm stain and I see to it that now it’s always on my kit. I would probably get a pink with a blue undertone (I forgot the name) or try the lacquer balm.

I got this one for HK$98 or P539. Here it’s P575 so, I saved? I guess so.

Why Revlon here is pricey?

Are you also a lip junkie?
