Skin Care | Facial Experience at Skin Perfect Facial Centre

I wanted a foot massage while killing time in SM Manila but there was no massage attendant available. The receptionist offered me a facial instead it’s been a year since I had my last facial. I use to come back religiously in a local facial salon when I still live in Quezon City but I stopped – no time at all.

The salon is clean and pink. I was not allowed to take photos of their facilities.

They offered the basic facial plus a seaweed whitening mask. Just like the regular facial procedure it started with a cleanser, then a steam, then a brush, a vacuum, and then removing the whiteheads, blackheads, and pimple. An acne solution is also applied followed by the mask.

I wasn’t able to take photos one by one because my eyes were close. The facial attendant then prescribed skin care regimen to help me get rid of my pimples and acne mark.

My overall experience is fantastic and my skin improved drastically. Although the skincare is a little expensive (soap, toner, bleaching cream, acne gel, sunblock) it’s worth it.

I combine this skin care with my Hayan Snail Serum because since it’s cold my face is extremely dry.

Tips for having a facial

• Make sure that you are consulting with experts.
• Let them know your skin care regimen, your allergies, if you have your period or if you’re pregnant.
• Check if the tools are newly sanitized and if they used new kits for disposable tools (cotton, mask, q-tips)
• Relax and follow the instruction – Do not wash your face when you got home.
