They hype is on! After seeing this in Chloe Morello and Jefree’s Video I wanted to try it. I know the brand they were talking about is not available in the Philippines so I waited.
One morning I saw a post from Suesh and I saw they already had one. I hesitated at first, but who says one set brush set is enough. Since I wanted to use Shopback that time [read post here] I finally gave in and purchase it in Zalora. I know Suesh has their own store, but being lazy going to the mall, online shopping it is, besides you can actually get a lot of your beauty essentials online and pay through cash on delivery at ZALORA! The next thing I know it’s on my table.
It consists of 10 paddle brushes in different sizes. It’s super dense and soft but I kinda feel the handle are not sturdy enough because the head of the brushes are huge. It costs P3200 at Zalora (free shipping, next day delivery) while in Suesh it is P2880. I saw some generic sets of these and they offer it at P1400. Please do your own judging because it’s a little expensive for a brush set, this should stand the test of repeated cleaning.
When I first tried it, it feels so soft. I actually pumped a CC cream directly on it, but it’s an epic fail. I bet it is not good with liquid products. For cream compacts like the L’oreal True Match Genius, it worked well, same goes with powders.
Let us take a look at them closely.
This is the biggest one, I haven’t used it because I am afraid it’ll erase makeup. lol
This is the next size. This is perfect for overall buffing of products all over your face.
The third one if perfect for contour or a blush.
While this one is perfect for under eye concealer and nose contour.
These two and its smaller versions;
I still have to figure out where I can use it. I am not sure if it will do justice on eye shadow application or on a lipstick.
I am happy with my purchase as I am using them (the first four) every day.
Any recommendation where I can use the last five brushes?
