islands juice_ramble and relish_sam lanuza I am killing my time here in SM North Food Court and I am thirsty. I stumble upon this tropical island looking  kiosk called Islands Juices. As much as I love water I love juices too, I munch almost all kind of fruits and having them on the go is perfect.

I even purchased my own manual slow juicer but I realize it is more expensive for me to get my own bunch of fruits and make my own.

The store attendant was very polite to describe how enthusiast their company in providing high quality fruit juices.

He told me that their juices are freshly made everyday and that they have their own fruit supplier from a local market.

Their flavors include lemon, orange, watermelon, melon, coconut, avocado, lychee, kiwi, guyabano, ripe mango, and pineapple.

The packaging is straightforward, you will see it’s juice. There is no flavor written in the label, as per the store attendant, the owner wants to train their communication skills so they want them to explain even its benefits. Amazing right? The store attendant and the customer can build rapport while learning at the same time.

The formula is 90% fruit juice 8% water and 2% table sugar. Enough to make the juices appealing to our taste buds.

Juices are perfect because your body can easily absorb the nutrients and any liquid is better than unhealthy food. Sometimes our cravings are just plain thirst not really hunger. But there are juices that are not stomach friendly so be sure you have eaten something before quenching up.

Happy Juicing!
