I am so excited to write this post because I received numerous compliments about the lipstick I wore during the Snoe Beauty Bloggers’ Event (post tomorrow). It’s from Covergirl lip perfection in the shade Divine Divine.
I was buying a new foundation when I spotted this and I fell in love.
I always want a lipstick with a purple tint in it so finally I have it.

The packaging looks familiar, I believe it is similar to Maybelline Sensational lipstick. The swatch and shade name is found at the bottom. It is rich in silk moisturizing complex giving your lips color and moisture.
One swipe and I fell in love once again. This particular shade of pink is similar to Barbie’s lips and purple just compliment almost all skin tone.

See how gorgeous it is? It is a little darker on my lips and what is more interesting about this lipstick?
It’s the staying power. The SA in Trinoma told me that this lasts up to 10 hours and it is true. Though I didn’t checked the actual hours, I applied it around 2PM and took it off around 12MN and it was still there.
People who saw it kept on asking, “Did you retouch?” and I said “No, I haven’t”
I ate a burger, chicken, a fish, drink iced tea, licked my lips, and wiped it the product is still there.
The only thing went off is its creamy luster but the pigment is there.

This is the make up I made for their on going contest where you have to use three Covergirl Products and recreate Taylor Swifts rocker chic look. (I used the Covergirl & Olay Simply Ageless Foundation in Buff Beige) It does compliment smokey eyes too.
What can you say?? It’s affordable, pigmented, and long lasting. If you are not like me who want a loud lip color you can choose from the other 26 shades and find one that is best for you.
I think I will be getting Temptress too.
Sorry readers I am a sucker for lipsticks. I am weak whenever I see one with qualities like these, I simply can’t resist.
