Juice Cleansing with Pure Nectar

Health & Fitness

I have always loved the juices from Pure Nectar so when I found out they have cleansing programs. I gave it a try for three days.

Basically juicing is the process of extracting the juices from your favorite fruits and veggies. Although when fruits and veggies enter juicing machine it takes away the fiber which you also need.

With juice cleansing, instead of incorporating in your diet you will be taking only juices for a day or so.

Pure Nectar cleanse

As per Pure Nectar, they tailored the program for the Filipino diet. The total calorie intake is around 1,200 which I believe enough calories for you not to die. The program is patterned to the traditional Chinese medicine of juice cleansing. This juice cleanse program also adheres to the American Heart Association guidelines to consume “rainbow” of fruits and vegetables in a day (purenectar.co)

All juices are natural, unpasteurized, and raw.

Benefits of juice cleanse

When you undergo a juice cleanse your body will experience detoxification, cellular renewal, improved mental clarity, decreased anxiety, improved sleep, reduced body fat, weight loss, and many more.

My juicing experience

Well, among the listed effects, I experienced a headache and mouth sores. I didn’t feel too fatigue nor become hungry in between the juice take. I feel light after and my skin was amazing.

I feel refreshed in a sense that it washed away all the meat I ate. I suggest doing this on a weekend so you do not have any strenuous activities to do.

As for the taste, I love them all. My favorite is the Mega Omega then my least favorite is the Green Supreme as the bell pepper taste is too strong. They are good if they are well chilled.

I also love the Kiefer water which I take after meals.

Overall it was a good and nutritional experience that I am definitely repeating on a regular basis.

Have you tried juicing? How was your experience?
